We provide landscaping to the front of the home.  Upgrade is available for rear and sides.

Yes, we provide block fence.  We also include a one side door, are you able to upgrade for additional doors.

We normally offer up to $3,000 towards closing costs.

DHG does not provide financing but works with many lenders of your choice.

Depending at what stage of construction the home is at, you may be able to choose:  tile, countertops, cabinets, interior walls, and stucco.

Yes, DHG has other lots to choose from.  They do go fast.

Homes may be completed 90 days after foundation is poured.
